Be Very Afraid.

It has been long since I last visit anyone in the hospital and usually if I found the patient chart lying around I would pick it up and read it as if I understood any of that scribble those doctor jot on that piece of paper and I never ever pay attention to any of those unfilled.
Anyhoo, I found the section which house the pain chart and

opps! the picture not that clear, but let me tell you at the end of the chart there state 'WORST PAIN YOU CAN IMAGINE'. Let us all pray very hard that if we were admitted to the hospital(God forbid!) this area would be left unticked.

And, patient chart should not be left lying around unattended. ;-)
